SAINT JOHN, N.B. — 11/5/2007 — Calling Inn's agents have completed the Signature Worldwide training course and implemented a long term process designed to maximize the rate at which they are able to convert phone inquiries into reservations on behalf of their clients. The training is based on a program widely used by the hospitality industry from the techniques developed by Don Farrell - Co-founder of Signature Worldwide.
