How do I send you my phone calls?
Using your local service provider's Call Forward feature, you forward your lines to the toll free number assigned specifically to you that rings in our office. Likewise, to start answering your calls, simply deactivate Call Forward. Most of our Inns have opted for our Automatic Rollover feature. Your local phone provider can set it up so that the first three or four rings will be at your property so you have the opportunity to answer, and the next ring automatically comes to us if you are busy or away from the Inn. Simple, and easy, you never have to remember to forward you phones or take them back. The choice is yours!

How do I get my messages?
Messages will be stored for you in your section of our website which is password protected and accessible only by you and our agents. Messages are also sent to you by email. We will contact you by phone for any urgent messages — you determine what is urgent.

What if I do not have my own online reservation system?
No problem. We can take all the information and forward it to you for confirmation at your convenience.

How long does it take to set up an account?
We require information about your property, which we obtain by first going to your website and mining all pertinent information that applies to our setup profile. Next we'll schedule a 30 to 45 minute telephone call with you to verify the data collected from your website and to complete your profile for any information not yet obtained. We'll have you review your site profile online for accuracy and completeness. To ensure the agents are well versed on your inn, we require your approval of your inn's profile on Friday noon (Eastern Time). This gives us time to complete all the necessary behind the scenes programming as well as familiarize our agents on your property. Once approved all new inns begin their service on the following Wednesday.

What if I don't continue after the free 30 day trial?
As stated, there is no obligation to continue and no cost for 30 days. Simply let us know and we will deactivate your account. There is only one 30 day free trial, per property, so if you wish to reactivate your account in the future, regular billing will begin with the first call we take.

Do you have a referral program?
Once you experience phone freedom, we're sure you'll want to tell your friends and associates who also own a B&B or an Inn. When you do refer Calling Inn and the person referred becomes an active member of Calling Inn (no longer in trial mode) we reward you with $100 finders fee, paid out to you, with no cap on the number of times we will out

I would still like to answer my phone when I'm available without turning Call Forwarding on and off all the time. Is that possible?
You can use an automatic rollover feature that forwards calls to us after a certain number of rings. For example, the system can be set up where the phone rings three times at your end, if it's not answered within those three rings, it automatically rolls over and is call forwarded to one of our agents. The result, every call is answered live, either by you or us. You never miss a call, even if you're busy and can't answer it.
