What do you like best about the service? Freedom, as Braveheart would say. Being able to run errands, have lunch with friends (or just the hubby), or serve guests without the interruption of a demanding phone is a luxurious freedom that seemed to be left behind in the pre-B&B world. Claire and her team answer the phone exactly as we would ourselves and have the same or better level of telephone technique and phone personality than we do.
