A downward sliding rate, reduces the cost of additional minutes substantially. Thus the more minutes used per month, the lower the “net cost” per minute.
Also since this is a service that you turn on and off at your discretion, you only pay for when you really need the service and a call is answered. If there are no calls answered — there is no charge.
